About G-I-N

The Guidelines International network, G-I-N, is a global network, founded in 2002. It has grown to comprise 100 organizations and 131 individual members representing 48 countries from all continents (July 2014). The network supports evidence-based health care and improved health outcomes by reducing inappropriate variation throughout the world.

The G-I-N mission is to lead, strengthen, and support collaboration and to work within the guideline development, adaptation, and implementation community.

About the G-I-N Conference

The annual G-I-N Conference is a critical event for accomplishing the organization’s mission. The conference attracts colleagues from around the world who seek to further enhance their ability to develop rigorous, high-quality clinical practice guidelines with their available resources. As a result, the level of discourse from the opening plenary to the workshops, oral presentations and poster sessions, and through the closing remarks is incredibly thought-provoking and practice changing.

The Conference theme for 2015 is “Engaging all stakeholders. Guidelines from a societal perspective” and will be addressed through plenary presentations, workshops, oral and poster presentations and much more.
