The AGREE Research Trust will not disclose your personal information to any third party organizations without your prior agreement.

Information is hosted in a secure environment, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The web site monitors access to the site for the purpose of system administration usage monitoring. This employs "cookies". A cookie is a message given to a web browser by a web server. The message is then stored by the browser in a text file called cookie.txt. Every time the browser obtains a page from the server this cookie message is sent back. A cookie can be used to identify users and personalise their visit by customising web pages for them.

Registered users


When you register as an AGREE website user, you create your own profile. Your user name will be visible to other registered users alongside posts you make in the Forum.

Profile information is used by the AGREE Research Trust to provide you access to its website.

In addition, the AGREE Research Trust will use your personal information to:

  • administer your profile with us;
  • provide you with notification of portal information;
  • resolve technical issues that may arise; and
  • provide a record of correspondence with you, whether by telephone or email to resolve any technical support issues based on your request.
